RETURN POLICY At Love Lee Creative we sell virtual products and render services. No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.
REFUND POLICY We may offer returns in the following conditions: • If the service has not been performed. • If the service performed was different from the one ordered or requested. • A full refund will be made if the department is in error. Customers may request a refund within: 7 days following receipt of the service.
CANCELLATION POLICY • If the work has not started, a full refund will be made. This does not include down payments for scheduled work. • If the authorized work has been started, Love Lee Creative may retain an appropriate portion of the paid amount.
